- How long does delivery within Finland take?
Our products ship from our warehouse in Vantaa within 0-1 business days. Posti's delivery time within Finland is typically 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery through Posti’s service.
- How long does delivery abroad take?
Posti’s delivery to Denmark takes 2-4 business days, Sweden 2-5 business days, Germany 3-4 business days, Norway 4-5 business days, and other EU countries 3-8 business days. You will receive a tracking number to follow the progress of your delivery.
- How can I track my order?
You can track your order using the tracking code sent to you on Posti’s website. Access Posti's tracking here.
Payment Methods and Returns
- What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards like Visa and Mastercard, as well as digital payment methods such as Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal.
- Do you offer free returns?
You can return your ordered products within 14 days of receiving them to get a refund. However, the yarns must be in resalable and unused condition, and return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
