Return and Refund Policy

1. General
At Villama, customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and receive a refund according to the conditions below. Except where noted, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

2. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are made or customized according to your special requests.

3. Return Conditions
The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Yarn must be returned unopened and unused. If the yarn has been used, it cannot be resold, and the return cannot be accepted.
The product must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

4. Return Process
Contact our customer service via email at [villamaglobal@gmail.com] to receive return instructions.
Carefully package the product in its original packaging.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or damaged.

5. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email confirmation of the receipt of the return. If your return is approved, we will refund the purchase price using the original payment method within 14 days.

6. Complaints
If the product you received is faulty or damaged, contact us immediately via email at villamaglobal@gmail.com. Provide your order number and include photos of the damaged or faulty product. We will replace the faulty or damaged product at no additional cost.

7. Exclusions
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Yarns that have been used or whose packaging has been opened
- Gift cards
- Hygiene products if the packaging has been opened
