Delivery Methods Villama uses Posti for the delivery of all products. We deliver orders to Finland, other EU countries, and Norway. Delivery methods are selected by the customer during the checkout process.

Payment Methods Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Klarna is also available as a payment method in supported regions.

Delivery Time In-stock products are generally dispatched within 0–1 business days of receiving the order. Delivery times vary depending on the delivery address. Please note that delivery times are estimates and do not include potential delays caused by third-party logistics or other unforeseen factors.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are determined based on the size and weight of the order, as well as the delivery address. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Posti tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Delays and Issues If there are delays or problems with your delivery, please contact our customer service immediately. We will do our best to resolve the situation quickly. However, Villama is not responsible for delays caused by Posti or other third-party services.

Confirmation of Delivery Delivery is considered complete once the product has been handed over to the customer or an authorized representative. Please check the contents of your order immediately upon receipt and report any deficiencies or damage to our customer service.
